After facing pressure from investors amid slowing sales, Bed Bath & Beyond overhauled its board of directors.
The company dropped the size of the board to 10 members from 12. Five members are stepping down, and co-founders Warren Eisenberg and Leonard Feinstein are retiring from active roles. They'll take on the new titles of co-chairman emeriti.
