Beastie Boys sue Chili's parent company over use of 'Sabotage'

The Beastie Boys have filed suit against Chili's parent company Brinker International over the use of "Sabotage" in an advertisement.

The band alleges the song was used without permission.

The Beastie Boys previously won a $1.7 million copyright suit against Monster Energy.
