Project description: Tracy Bradshaw, project manager with Larry Snyder & Co., said the new three-story, 92-room hotel will include handicapped-accessible rooms, meeting and conference facilities, an indoor pool, a spa, exercise facilities and a sundries area. Owner Greg Walker also owns La Quinta Inn South, formerly Howard Johnson Express, on South Campbell and Days Inn on West Sunshine in Springfield.
