The Missouri Court of Appeals’ Western District has upheld a $611 million verdict against Bayer's Monsanto over its Roundup weedkiller.
The company plans to further appeal the verdict, which is related to allegations that Roundup causes cancer.
Bayer in 2020 settled much of its Roundup litigation for $10.9 billion, but future cases were not resolved.
