Eyecare company Bausch & Lomb priced its initial public offering below its target range.
The company on Thursday announced it would sell shares at $18, below its previous target of $21 to $24 per share.
Bausch & Lomb in 2021 had revenue of $3.8 billion, a 10% increase from 2020.
