Battlefield Park Apartments

Coryell Enterprises Inc. is the general contractor for Phase II of Battlefield Park Apartments for owners/developers Sam Coryell, Sam M. Coryell and Mike Bess. Battlefield Park comprises six buildings with 130 units – studio and one to four bedrooms. Phase II comprises four of the buildings. H Design Group is the architect, and Mettemeyer Engineering LLC is the engineer for the 115,000-square-foot project. Village Bank is the lender; the project’s estimated cost is $6.7 million. Completion of Phase II is set for September.
