Leasing agent Bob Murray, of R.B. Murray Co., said the 12,000-square-foot Phase II is split into 10 suites, intended for service and office users. The Phase II building faces Kimbrough, to the west of the first building, and will rent for $14.50 per square foot. Phase III is a 7,770-square-foot office building facing Montclair, behind the original center. It will be split into six units ranging from 1,100 square feet to 1,375 square feet and will rent for $13.25 per square foot. The two buildings will cost about $3 million to construct.
