The store has an interior entrance and is not a lifestyle tenant. Lifestyle stores with outdoor entrances have been under construction at the mall since February; that project's first lifestyle tenant, J. Buck’s Restaurant, is set to open this fall.
Forever 21 has 212 stores in 28 states, and store sales average more than $3 million a year.
