This project is a 48-unit apartment complex development with one- and two-bedroom apartments. It is located on approximately six acres of land that is a combination of open grass areas and densely wooded areas. The challenge was to create a site layout that utilized the natural beauty of the tract of land without disturbing the existing landscape. The result is a layout that has apartments set into the woods and parking in the open spaces. Great River Engineering also served as project architect.|ret||ret||tab|
