Bates & Associates Architects AIA is the architect for Poplar Bluff Medical Partners LLC’s Poplar Bluff Medical Office Building. Hill-Huffman Construction LLC is the general contractor. Security Design Group, Engineers is the structural engineer and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. Mathis & Associates Surveying & Engineering is the civil engineer for the project, which has an estimated cost of $6.5 million. The four-story medical office building (shell only) has an estimated completion date of fall 2006.
