Bates & Associates

Bates & Associates is the architect for Assemblies of God Financial Services Group’s facilities and campus at the southeast corner of Kansas and Battlefield. Engineers, interior designer, general contractor and estimated completion date have not been determined for the approximately $10 million project. The project comprises the design of glass, brick and steel structures and master planning of the campus setting that will house Assemblies of God Financial Services Group. Phase I will comprise about 75,000 square feet on the northwest corner of the site, in addition to General Council Credit Union. Two additional phases include approximately 40,000 square feet each for future growth.
