Bass Pro submits $40M permit for Memphis store

Bass Pro Shops has filed plans for review to allow the outdoor retailer to move forward with $40 million worth of interior alterations to a Memphis, Tenn., store in development.

Located inside the city's famed Pyramid structure, the interior redevelopment would comprise two phases, including adding a retail store and an Uncle Buck's Fishbowl restaurant and bowling alley, according to the Memphis Business Journal.

The city has completed its share of the work, including demolition, seismic, electric and HVAC services.
