"Broken Arrow is extremely pleased and excited that Bass Pro has chosen to bring an Outdoor World store to our city," said Broken Arrow Mayor Richard Carter. "This facility will serve as anchor to the rest of the exciting development in Stone Wood Hills and along the Broken Arrow Expressway, and it is something that will benefit not only Broken Arrow, but Tulsa and the entire region."|ret||ret||tab|
The company will be partnering with local conservation groups and their efforts, as well as conducting outdoor skills workshops for kids, novices, women and families.|ret||ret||tab|
Unique exterior and interior motifs have branded Bass Pro Shops as visually appealing outdoor stores. The outdoor feel is brought indoors through massive log and rock work, large indoor aquariums and water features stocked with native fish species, as well as an extensive collection of fish and wildlife mounts. Historic photos and exhibits will pay tribute to Oklahoma's outdoors heritage. |ret||ret||tab|
"We are confident the Stone Wood Hills project will be a huge success due in part to the incredible draw of Bass Pro Shops (which) is widely known as a destination location for outdoor enthusiasts and others who come to shop their unique store and the broad selection of other retail stores and businesses that will make up the development," said Stone Wood Hills developer Phil Roland.|ret||ret||tab|
