A St. Charles bar owner has sued Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hanaway over her crackdown on slot machines.
Tuners Bar & Grill and its owner James Schappe allege Hanaway overstepped state law.
The lawsuit alleges Hanaway's crackdown has no legal basis since the General Assembly has not taken action against the slot machines.
