Gun maker Remington Outdoor is slated to be broken up and sold after a bankruptcy auction.
At least $155 million was bid for the company's ammunition and weapons manufacturing business, the Remington brand and other parts of the company.
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court must approve the auction results. That could happen as early as today.
