Jay P. Titus, U.S. Bank senior vice president in commercial lending, received U.S. Bank’s annual Pinnacle Award, which represents the top 10 percent of U.S. Bank’s employees in their lines of business. This is the second year that Titus, who works from U.S. Bank’s St. Louis St. location, has received a Pinnacle Award.

Matt Shevchuk joined Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as a financial representative with The Yaktine Financial Group. He provides guidance and solutions for clients’ financial needs and goals.

Ashly Wirth joined Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as a financial representative with The Yaktine Financial Group.

LeeAnn Ray, a Springfield resident and senior bank examiner for the Missouri Department of Economic Development’s Division of Finance, attended Management Skills Training June 2–16 at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. Ray joined the Division of Finance in June 2004.

Mid-Missouri Bank announced two staff additions.

Todd Wojciechowski joined Mid-Missouri Bank as executive vice president in Republic. With more than 12 years of banking experience in the Kirksville area, his responsibilities at Mid-Missouri Bank include commercial and real estate lending and business development. Wojciechowski holds a degree in business management from Truman State University.

Sandra Coffman joined Mid-Missouri Bank as vice president in Lebanon. She has more than eight years of experience working with individuals, families and businesses in trust, investment management and estate planning. Coffman is a graduate of Missouri State University and Southern Trust School.

James R. Batten, CPA, joined Guaranty Bank’s Board of Directors. Batten is executive vice president and treasurer of O’Reilly Automotive Inc.

Scott L. Nosko-wiak joined Guaranty Bank as vice president of mortgage lending. Noskowiak, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Banking, has 16 years of experience in banking and lending. In his new position, Noskowiak focuses on the development of innovative mortgage products and implementation of new technology to improve efficiency in the bank’s lending services.

Rebekah Wallace, a member of BKD LLP’s health group, was promoted to supervising consultant with the firm. She has more than 15 years of experience in coding, revenue cycle management and operations experience. Wallace provides medical reimbursement consulting and operational reviews for physician clinics, federally qualified health centers, rural health clinics and behavioral health centers.

Charles Spangler of Nixa was named vice chairman of Midwest Independent Bancshares Inc.’s board of directors. Spangler is chairman of First Independent Bank, which has locations in Aurora and Republic.
