Bank of America protests judge's $45M fine

Bank of America is asking a bankruptcy judge to reconsider his $45 million fine against the company.

Issued March 3, the ruling said Bank of America mistreated a California couple as they tried to save their home from foreclosure.

Bank of America officials now are saying the fine is "unprecedented in its magnitude" and "excessive."
