The Ballpark Heights apartment complex across from Busch Stadium could debut in time for the St. Louis Cardinals' home opener next year.
Creve Coeur-based commercial real estate investment firm Bamboo Equity Partners is investing $12.5 million to redevelop a former office building. Officials hope to open the development's first apartments by the time opening day comes in April 2022.
The project calls for 78 apartments with ballpark views.
