Baby boomers flock to Facebook while teens exit en masse

A new study by iStrategy Labs shows a complete turnaround in the age of users the world's biggest social network is attracting.

From January 2011 to January 2014, a 25 percent decrease was reported in the number of users between the ages of 13 and 17, whole those age 55 and above surged 80 percent, according to Fox News.

The report also showed users who identified themselves as either high school or college students slumped by 59 percent, with college alumni seeing a 65 percent increase.
