B of A cuts CEO pay by 7%

Bank of America cut its chief executive officer’s pay by 7 percent in 2014.

B of A CEO Brian Moynihan was paid $13 million in 2014, down from $14 million in 2013, according to a regulatory filing.

Moynihan took over as CEO in 2010 and received a base salary of $1.5 million last year, up slightly from $1.45 million in 2013. He received no bonus and was paid less than the company's chief operating officer.
