Tammie Tucker has been awarded the certified residential specialist designation by the Missouri Association of Realtors after completing specific education outlined by the NAR. The CRS is the highest designation awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. Tucker has also received the designations of graduate, Realtors Institute and accredited buyers representative.

The invitation-only event is open exclusively to Coldwell Banker sales associates in the top 2 percent internationally.
Ethel Curbow, of Coldwell Banker Vanguard, Realtors, has been awarded the Outstanding Alumni Award by Southwest Missouri State University. A native of Hollister, Curbow graduated from SMSU in 1960 with a bachelor of science degree in education. She earned her master's degree in library science from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kan., in 1981. Curbow has been the top overall producer for Coldwell Banker in Missouri several times in the past 10 years, among many other sales honors.
Phyllis Netzer, of Coldwell Banker Vanguard, Realtors, attended a two-day Leadership Academy sponsored by the Women's Council of Realtors, a professional development organization with 12,000 members nationwide. The seminar was designed to offer women skills to help them successfully lead their chapters in the year 2000.

Coldwell Banker Vanguard, Realtors, was also honored in the Top 10 for buyer-controlled sales, closed revenue units and listings sold in the Midwest Region.
