Sheila Bowling, of RE/MAX Associated Brokers of Branson, has been awarded the accredited buyer representation designation by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council. Bowling is one of 11 members of the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors to receive the designation.

Rapid Robert's Inc. has been awarded a beautification award from the North Springfield Betterment Association for the purchase and renovation of the former Queen City Truck Stop at North Glenstone and I-44.

Brenda R. Ellsworth, an Ash Grove affiliate for United Country Real Estate, was ranked 33rd among the company's offices nationwide in overall performance for 1998. Ellsworth also holds other awards for outstanding sales production.

Victoria Ares, president of Century 21 Best Real Estate Inc., has completed the Century 21 International Management Academy, an intensive five-day course that educates Century 21 franchisees on the latest management techniques.

Rick McGee, broker/owner of the Assist-2-Sell discount real estate brokerage in Springfield, was recently recognized as one of the top-producing Assist-2-Sell real estate franchisees in the United States. During 1998, the local Assist-2-Sell franchise saved sellers more than $54,000 in real estate commissions through its flat fee program.
