Julie Holt, from SRC/Great Game of Business, has received a management certificate from the Management Development Institute at Southwest Missouri State University. Joseph L. Hensley, an associate with the law firm of Neale & Newman LLP, was recently appointed chair of the Young Lawyers Committee of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association. Attorney Dee Wampler was recently a guest lecturer to law school students at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. His lecture, which was about the trial of Christ, was sponsored by the Christian Legal Society. Cherie Fyfe, group specialist at House of Travel Inc., has been certified as a master cruise counselor by the Cruise Lines International Association. Galen Pellham attended a four-day course, "Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate," toward attaining the certified commercial investment member designation. Participants learned the process of analyzing existing data to assess current market conditions or predict market activity. They also learned how supply-and-demand factors offer a market analysis, and gained insight into site feasibility, market dynamics and market pricing.|ret||ret||tab|

Alice Paulson with Carol Jones, Realtors, Branson, has been awarded the accredited buyer representation designation by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council Inc. of the National Association of Realtors. The requirements for the designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation, and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.|ret||ret||tab|

Suburban Brokers, the Ash Grove affiliate for United Country Real Estate, ranked 15th among the company's offices nationwide in overall performance for 1999. Receiving the award were Brenda R.
