Texas-based Avelo Airlines has pulled its sole route from St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
The airport ran twice-weekly nonstop flights between St. Louis and New Haven, Connecticut, starting last June. The service ended Jan. 5.
Courtney Goff, Avelo communications manager, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that the route "did not meet our expectations with demand and operations."
