Project description: This project will consolidate early childhood programs from four small older residential buildings into one new building. It will include a Federal Emergency Management Agency-compliant storm shelter to serve the early childhood center and the adjacent elementary, and it will also have offices and specialty classroom space, with the capability of expanding to another four early childhood classrooms.
