Auto parts company plans fulfillment center in KC area

Santa Fe Springs, California-based automotive parts company US Motor Works is planning to open a fulfillment center in the Kansas City area.

The company is investing $19.2 million in the project in Liberty.

The company's 167,000-square-foot facility is planned in the Heartland Meadows Industrial Park.
