Auditor, former commissioner bash Ark. lottery’s 10-year contract extension

The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery is under fire by a former commissioner, who criticized the extension of a vendor contract made after commission approval.

The lottery’s former auditor said the Georgia company was overpaid by the commission $7.5 million between 2009 and 2012.
