An attorney for the family of an Amazon delivery driver killed in a warehouse collapse in Edwardsville, Illinois, last year is alleging the building was not up to code.
Jack Casciato, a partner at Clifford Law, alleges the building’s support columns were not anchored to the floor. He called it "a grave violation."
Amazon officials said "it is premature and misleading to suggest that there were any structural issues," as investigators are continuing to examine the building and debris.
