AT&T has sold its downtown St. Louis office tower.
Reign Capital acquired the 28-story, 584,000-square-foot building as part of a larger deal that comprised 74 U.S. properties. The nationwide deal involved a sale-leaseback agreement.
The 1010 Pine St. property in St. Louis reportedly sold for $19.4 million.
