AT&T to sell Puerto Rico business

AT&T reached a deal to sell its Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands businesses.

Liberty Latin America Ltd. agreed to buy the businesses for nearly $2 billion.

The sale of the businesses is expected to help AT&T pay down debt after its acquisition of Time Warner last year.
