AT&T to pay $60M fine

AT&T agreed to pay a $60 million fine to settle a lawsuit filed by the Federal Trade Commission.

The complaint dates back to 2014, though the issue began in 2011.

AT&T was accused of not telling users that their wireless speeds would be throttled if they reached a certain amount of data use in a billing cycle.
