AT&T to bring back 3,000 offshore jobs

AT&T Inc. agreed in a tentative settlement with the Communications Workers of America to bring back jobs to the United States.

The agreement includes moving 3,000 outsourced jobs to its southwest region in America. Most of those jobs are overseas.

The tentative settlement also includes pay raises, paid parental leave, affordable health care and enhanced benefits for the 20,000 AT&T employees in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.
