AT&T debuts phone book with Springfield cover

Posted online
Delivery begins this week of the latest local edition of the AT&T Real Yellow Pages, which this year features student-athletes representing Springfield Public Schools.

About 400,000 copies are being delivered in the Springfield-Branson area. The updated book includes residential, business and government White Pages listings; coupons; information guides; and a community section with local maps, attractions and ZIP codes. (Click here to view the new book’s cover.)

Yellow pages are also available online at www.yellowpages.com.

Outdated phone books can be dropped off for recycling at any green Nestle Purina container in southwest Missouri. As part of the AT&T Project ReDirectory campaign, Purina PetCare will use the recycled books to make animal bedding.

The campaign is being led by the Springfield Girl Scout Council, Nestle Purina PetCare, Dillon’s Food Stores, Country Mart, CoxHealth, St. John’s Health System, Wal-Mart, Waste Corporation of America and the cities of Springfield, Branson and Hollister.

To find a drop-off container, call (800) 953-4400.
