ATM fees have hit a new record high, climbing for the fourth straight year.
The average combined ATM fees for an out-of-network withdrawal have increased to $4.77, according to a Bankrate study.
"If you make an out-of-network ATM withdrawal, expect to pay and pay more than ever before," said Greg McBride, Bankrate chief financial analyst.
