Software company Atlassian has inked a deal to buy The Browser Co., a startup that offers a web browser with artificial intelligence features.
The cash deal is valued at $610 million. It's expected to be finalized by year's end.
The Browser Co.'s customizable browser called Arc went live in 2022. Its Dia browser became available in beta in June.
