Mark Sterling, Buddy Webb, Jerry Nichols, Jon Hicks, Gary Nelson, Ken Schwab, Gary Robinson and Carla Barnes break ground on Express Car Wash at the northwest corner of the intersection of Sunshine Street and Kansas Expressway. Hicks, the car wash’s owner, plans to open the facility this summer. The car wash will be environmentally friendly, filtering and reusing 85 percent of the water it uses.
