Two Assemblies of God mission entities the Africa Theological Training Service and the Africa Library Service both of which serve Assemblies of God missionaries, are located in this development. Each building is approximately 12,000 square feet. One of the buildings is a two-story structure; the other is a warehouse. Rich Kramer Construction is general contractor, and David Damron, staff architect for the division of foreign missions at the Assemblies of God, is architect. ESC Engineers & Architects is engineer. Damron said the project is to be finished in May. He did not disclose the estimated construction cost for the project.
