Posted online

Arvest Bank named four new board members for its Springfield region.

Justin French, Craig McCoy, Daniel Ogunyemi and Krystal Simon are the newest members to the 12-member board, according to a news release. Ogunyemi and Simon joined the board in June, followed by French and McCoy this month, said Arvest spokesperson Brandy Garcia, noting the board members do not have term limits.

“Each of these new board members brings to the table experience and expertise from a different field,” said Kyle Hubbard, president of Arvest Bank in Springfield, in the release. “They are service-minded members of the community, and we’re excited to see the impact they have here.”

French is a producer for insurance firm Barker Phillips Jackson Inc.; McCoy is president of Mercy Springfield Communities; Ogunyemi is director of diversity, equity and inclusion at Ozarks Technical Community College; and Simon is CEO of Care to Learn.

Arkansas-based Arvest Bank announced in June its mortgage division passed $2 billion in volume for the fourth consecutive year. In the Springfield market, Arvest made 360 loans totaling $65.9 million through May 26, according to past reporting.
