Arvest completes purchase of Little Rock bank

Arvest Bank announced Saturday it has completed its acquisition of National Bank of Arkansas.

Founded in 1981, the Little Rock-based company is a locally owned and operated bank with seven locations in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Maumelle and Conway, with approximately $186.7 million in assets, according to the Log Cabin Democrat.

The conversion of National Bank of Arkansas' accounts and operations into Arvest should be complete by mid-February.
