Arvest Bank has a more concrete date in place to close its purchase of Bear State Bank (Nasdaq: BSF).
At last report, Arvest expects to finalize the $391 million acquisition around April 20, according to Arkansas Business.
However, a lawsuit remains against Bear State alleging its executives did not seek as good a deal as they could have.
