Arkansas-based Arvest Bank hired a new chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer.
Cinthya Allen, of Norman, Oklahoma, is slated to start in the role on Nov. 1.
She joins the bank after serving as DEI officer and Americans with Disabilities Act coordinator for the city of Norman.
