Metro Design and Construction Inc. is the general contractor for Arvest Bank’s 5,000-square-foot branch at the intersection of Gretna Road and Shepherd of the Hills Expressway. The architect and engineer is Hight Jackson & Associates of Rogers, Ark. The building includes both a walk-in lobby and drive-through.

According to building permit records from the city of Branson, the estimated value of construction is $1.2 million. Arvest is financing the project.
