Arvest Bank has appointed a new president to lead its Joplin market.
Richard Winesburg has been named to the role after serving as a loan manager for the bank in Joplin since 2017.
Winesburg succeeds Chad Evans, who became president of Arvest's Benton County, Arkansas, market.
