Logsdon is keeping a part-time contract with the council to complete several projects, including a major upgrade of its Web site and proposed administrative space at the Creamery for the Springfield Symphony.
Logsdon could not be reached for comment.
Requirements for the position include a bachelor’s degree, five years of administrative experience, communication skills and supervisory experience.

The council board of directors has named Addy McCord, education director, and Judy Rognstad, finance director, to fill the position as interim co-directors while the search is conducted.
McCord has been with the council for five years, beginning as an intern, and has a master’s degree in arts education. Rognstad has been with the council for two years and holds a master of accountancy and a master of science in forest science. She is a member and past president of the Springfield Visual Arts Alliance.
