Artist Scott Hepper, president and owner of Springfield Coffee Co., 215 W. Olive, will donate prints of his "Wall Street Summer Storms" lithograph to help disaster relief efforts of the Ameri-can Red Cross. |ret||ret||tab|
According to a news release, Hepper will hand out coffee, biscotti and prints of the lithograph to anyone who writes a personal check for at least $20 to the American Red Cross for disaster relief. |ret||ret||tab|
The painting depicts fiery thunderstorms, the World Trade Center and Wall Street. |ret||ret||tab|
Hepper said he painted the original "Wall Street Summer Storms" in April and sold it at ArtsFest. The first 100 prints available in exchange for Red Cross donations will be signed and numbered, and all will be inscribed "September 11, 2001."|ret||ret||tab|
The prints, which normally sell for $20 each, were made possible by a sizable cost reduction for printing by Kinko's.[[In-content Ad]]
