Arrests made overnight, fires still burning in Ferguson

Posted online
At least 82 arrests were made in Ferguson last night, including one for arson and 29 for burglary in the second degree, following the grand jury decision not to indict Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown.

"What I've seen tonight is probably much worse than the worst night we saw a couple of months ago," St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar said at a 1:30 a.m. press conference, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.

Little Ceasars Pizza, Sam's Meat Market, a storage facility across from the QuikTrip that burned in August, and an AutoZone are among the businesses that burned in Ferguson overnight. At least 10 vehicles in a car dealership burned, as well as at least two police cars.
