The Arkansas Supreme Court ordered that voters can decide in November whether to legalize recreational marijuana in the state.
The Board of Election Commissioners blocked the initiative in August.
Recreational marijuana legalization also is on the ballot this November in Missouri, Maryland, South Dakota and North Dakota. It's already legal in 19 states.
