Arkansas voters yesterday passed Issue 6, which legalizes medical marijuana in the state.
The state is now the first in the Bible Belt to have done so.
The vote will allow patients with a variety of medical conditions and a doctor's permission to buy marijuana from dispensaries. Patients won't be allowed to grow their own.
