A Pulaski County Circuit Court judge issued a temporary restraining order blocking the Arkansas Marijuana Commission from granting cultivation licenses.
The order follows a suit filed this week by Naturalis Health LLC of Little Rock.
Naturalis alleges the commission violated the Arkansas Administrative Procedures Act when choosing the five winners for available cultivation licenses.
