Two Arkansas health systems are combining.
Salem-based Fulton County Hospital agreed to join Mountain Home-based Baxter Health.
Baxter Health is slated to manage Fulton County Hospital through 2024, after which a long-term lease to operate the hospital is slated to go into effect.
